Sonic Rumble code not working? Here is why
| Error / situation | Cause | Fix |
|---|---|---|
| Invalid code / code does not exist | A typo, wrong upper/lower case, or an extra space. | Tap Copy on RallyCodes and paste the code instead of typing it. |
| Code expired / fully claimed | Codes have an expiry date or a limited number of uses. | Try a newer code from the Sonic Rumble code list, and tap 👎 to warn other players. |
| Code already used | Most codes work only once per account. | Move on to a code you have not used yet. |
| No code box anywhere in the game | Sonic Rumble codes are redeemed on the publisher website, not inside the game. | Open the official redemption page (button in "Where to redeem"), then pick the right server and character. |
