Where to redeem Pokémon GO codes
🌐 Redeem on the website
Pokémon GO has no code box inside the game — codes are redeemed on the publisher's official website, and the rewards are then delivered to your character in-game.
🌐 Open the official redemption page (rewards.nianticlabs.com) ↗Requirements: our sources mention no level requirement — just make sure you are signed in to the account you play on.
How to redeem Pokémon GO codes, step by step
- 1Step 1: Open rewards.nianticlabs.com/pokemongo/.
- 2Step 2: Sign in with the same method as your game account.
- 3Step 3: Paste the promo code and tap Submit.
- 4Step 4: Open the game: the items appear in bubbles, then go to your bag.
Tips for redeeming Pokémon GO codes
- On iOS, codes can only be redeemed on the web. Android also has a code box: Map View → Poké Ball button → Shop → bottom of the page.
- Each code works once per account; many partner codes (LEGO, adidas, MLB) expire quickly.
Pokémon GO code not working? Here is why
| Error / situation | Cause | Fix |
|---|---|---|
| Invalid code / code does not exist | A typo, wrong upper/lower case, or an extra space. | Tap Copy on RallyCodes and paste the code instead of typing it. |
| Code expired / fully claimed | Codes have an expiry date or a limited number of uses. | Try a newer code from the Pokémon GO code list, and tap 👎 to warn other players. |
| Code already used | Most codes work only once per account. | Move on to a code you have not used yet. |
| No code box anywhere in the game | Pokémon GO codes are redeemed on the publisher website, not inside the game. | Open the official redemption page (button in "Where to redeem"), then pick the right server and character. |
