How to redeem Genshin Impact codes, step by step
- 1Step 1: Go to the official redemption page at genshin.hoyoverse.com/en/gift.
- 2Step 2: Click Log In and sign in with the HoYoverse account that holds your character.
- 3Step 3: Select your Server (Asia, America, Europe or TW/HK/MO); your character name will appear.
- 4Step 4: Paste the code into the code field and click Redeem.
- 5Step 5: Open your in-game Mail to collect Primogems, Mora and items.

Tips for redeeming Genshin Impact codes
- You can also redeem in game: open the Paimon Menu, go to Settings, select Account, tap Redeem Code, enter the code and confirm. According to Game8, in-game redemption is not available on iOS, so iOS players should use the website.
- On PS4/PS5: press Options, go to Account and select Redeem Code; each code can be used once per account.
- Codes are case-sensitive, so copy and paste them.
- Livestream codes for version updates usually expire after about 12 to 24 hours, so redeem them right away.
